I achieved a lifelong dream this weekend. I played the Shubert Theatre in my first national tour — the same stage I grew up watching in absolute awe. Little-me used to sit in those seats and think, “That’s what I want to do when I grow up”
Standing there, supported by my friends, family, and biggest believers, is something I’ll carry with me forever.
Forever grateful. Forever proud. This one’s for 7-year-old me. Thank you @antoinettedip for the opportunity of a lifetime. taken in Shubert Theatre by @nikocharney_

I’ve been waiting for the perfect time to post on my feed about Niko. Niko talked about the deaf community and the way he wants to insert it into the theatre industry during our session. He told me about how he’s going to engage and teach others the ways in which we can better understand people who have hearing aid and needs. I learned so much that day, and can’t wait to see what he does in his career. I’m grateful for people like him to be making our world inclusive, good and right. @howihearit
