The most underrated part of your wedding day? Getting ready 🤍

Yes, wedding mornings can feel busy. But hidden in that hour is a window most brides never use: hair and makeup are almost done, the light is soft and nobody is waiting for you yet.

It is often the only time of the day for calm, unhurried bridal portraits. No guests, no schedule pressure. Just you, your dress and a beautiful room.

How to make that window happen:
✨ Plan 30 minutes of buffer after hair and makeup. Your future self will thank you. ✨ Choose a room with big windows and some space, not the smallest room in the house. ✨ Keep all your details in one box: shoes, jewellery, invitation, perfume. ✨ Put on your dress with your closest people around you. Those reactions are priceless.

Save this for your wedding planning and send it to your maid of honour. She will be the one keeping the time ☺️

🇫🇷Ce que vous voyez sur une photo de mariage… et ce que vous ne voyez pas.

Une robe.
Des fleurs.
Une paire de chaussures.
Une jolie lumière.
Un instant qui semble parfaitement naturel.

Mais derrière cette image, il y a souvent beaucoup de choses que l’on ne voit pas.

-Un timing pensé plusieurs semaines à l’avance pour que chaque moment puisse avoir lieu au bon endroit, au bon moment.

-Des prestataires coordonnés entre eux.

-Des livraisons anticipées.

-Des informations transmises au bon moment, aux bonnes personnes.

-Des imprévus gérés en coulisses.

Et parfois, simplement, quelqu’un qui veille à ce que les mariés n’aient pas à se demander :

« Qui s’en occupe ? »

C’est aussi ça, le travail d’un wedding planner.

Faire en sorte que tout semble simple, alors que rien n’a été laissé au hasard.

Parce que le jour J, mon objectif n’est pas que vous pensiez à l’organisation.

Mon objectif, c’est que vous puissiez l’oublier.

Some brides simply make being photographed look effortless.

She was an absolute joy to photograph. Naturally elegant, completely at ease in front of the camera, and always open to a little direction. Everything felt simple, fluid and incredibly beautiful.

Château de Sannes offers the perfect backdrop for bridal portraits in Provence, from its historic interiors to its iconic French gardens. And from above, the symmetry of the estate makes it just as beautiful for a few carefully chosen drone photographs.

At Château de Sannes, elegance and spontaneity naturally come together.

From the symmetry of the French gardens to the softness of the lavender fields, this couple session moved between refined editorial portraits and more candid, instinctive moments.

A few photographs were also captured on 35mm analog film, adding a distinctive texture, softness and character to the story.

Les détails d’un mariage ont tellement d’importance.

La papeterie, les alliances, les bijoux, les chaussures, les fleurs, les menus, les marque-places, les petits éléments de décoration… Tous ces détails que vous avez choisis avec soin pour que tout soit accordé, que les couleurs se répondent et que chaque élément trouve naturellement sa place.

On passe tellement de temps à réfléchir à tout ça avant le mariage. À chercher la bonne matière, la bonne couleur, le bon accessoire. À faire des choix, à changer d’avis, à comparer, à recommencer parfois.

Le jour J, on profite tellement de ce qui se passe qu’on ne prend pas forcément le temps de regarder chaque détail.

Les photos de détails dans votre reportage ont donc toute leur importance. Une photo zoomée sur votre papeterie, vos alliances, un accessoire ou un élément de décoration permet de garder une trace de toutes ces petites choses que vous aviez imaginées.

Puis vient le moment où vous recevez votre galerie.

Vous redécouvrez votre journée, mais vous redécouvrez aussi tous ces choix.

« Ah oui, je me souviens, on avait choisi ça parce que… »

Chaque détail peut faire remonter un souvenir, une décision, une anecdote, un moment de vos préparatifs.

Parce qu’au fond, votre mariage, ce n’est pas seulement la cérémonie, les photos de couple ou la fête avec vos proches.

C’est aussi tous ces petits éléments que vous avez pensés pendant des mois pour créer une journée qui vous ressemble.

Et quelques années plus tard, ce sont aussi eux que vous serez heureux de retrouver.

The ceremony of K&M at Domaine de Lamanon.

Set in the gardens of the estate, surrounded by nature and beneath the shade of the trees, K&M celebrated their ceremony in an intimate and enchanting setting.

As a wedding planner, my role is also to guide couples in creating their overall aesthetic, helping them envision a setting that feels true to them while enhancing the beauty of their chosen venue.

For K&M, we carefully considered every detail of the ceremony to create a delicate, elegant and poetic atmosphere in harmony with the surrounding nature.

From the colour palette to the various decorative elements, every choice was thoughtfully considered to create a cohesive aesthetic and bring their vision to life.

A refined and understated setting, envisioned together with them to create a truly personal backdrop for this meaningful moment.

La cérémonie de K&M au Domaine de Lamanon.

C’est dans les jardins du domaine, à l’ombre des arbres et entourés par la nature, que K&M ont célébré leur cérémonie.

Mon rôle en tant que wedding planner est aussi d’accompagner les mariés dans la création de leur univers, en les aidant à imaginer une scénographie qui leur ressemble, tout en sublimant le lieu qu’ils ont choisi.

Pour K&M, nous avons pensé chaque détail de cette cérémonie afin de créer une atmosphère délicate, élégante et poétique, en harmonie avec la nature environnante.

De la palette de couleurs aux différents éléments de décoration, chaque choix a été réfléchi pour créer un ensemble cohérent et donner vie à leur vision.

Une scénographie tout en finesse, pensée avec eux pour faire de ce moment un véritable écrin à leur image.

- Happy One-Month Anniversary -

Yep, for once it’s ours because we did something a little crazy a month ago ... right in the middle of my wedding season : I know !!!!

Our loved ones, our families, our friends, our closest friends … and when you’re a wedding vendor, nothing is ever simple … not even a “simple” city hall ceremony.

A dress code, getting ready, trusted vendor friends, a trendy bouquet ( but not too trendy and then, in the end, sooooooo 2026 ) : that’s what we (I) wanted … and photos at sunset … Because yes: saying “I do” was one thing, but creating memories with these precious people was more than essential 🤍

So, we tried to do what I advise my couples to do: surround yourselves with wonderful & kind vendors so that the day (even just 15 minutes at city hall) turns out exactly the way you want it to … And that’s what we did 🤍 Thank you 🤍

With a few jokes, of course, like making Nico think I had a couple of annoying newlyweds who were blocking my schedule on Julian’s 40th birthday and that I needed a florist to help me out that day ... And let’s not even talk about that ugly town hall: because honestly, Gaelle’s photos are so incredible that you can’t even tell how awful the town hall is.

We invited people to Julian's 40th birthday party that night and as a suprise m, we told them we got married in the afternoon.

We wanted to thank you to the vendors who supported us, our loved ones and families who came from near and far 🇫🇷🇺🇸, and our witnesses, who follow us on all our adventures and love us just the way we are.
