Something I’ve been working on for a little while in the background..

April 24th-25th I’ll be embarking on my journey to run 117km from Geelong to Apollo bay

This isn’t about the run, what this is about is to raise money/awareness for mental health, for years through my teens and early adult years I have suffered a lot with mental health the ones closest will know

Why I’m doing it through running, if you know me personally running has become a MASSIVE part of my life, it’s my way of coping, it silences the thoughts that run wild, it helps me ultimately deal with everything..

So with that being said, I’ll be raising money for @blackdoginst for bettering mental health.. there will be a link in my bio in the near future.. stay posted!

That being said if you can’t donate, please like, share and comment, everything helps 🙌🏽

Let’s the training begin 🔥 by @nikolas.scidone

The hardest part isn’t running… it’s showing up when nobody’s watching.

That’s why this group is different.

Rain.
Wind.
Early mornings.
No excuses.

Consistency beats motivation every single time.

How many days in a row have you stuck to a goal?

RunPrix half mara was aiming for 1:45 but ended up getting 1:48:57, was tracking really well until my back decided to leave the chat and had to slow down a bit, with a mid way out stop for deep heat my back held out, dug deeper then any other race and finished stronger

Enough said back to the lab, ready for the next 🔥🙌🏽
