You might be a running mom if your Strava looks something like this on a long run day.. 5 miles before the oldest kids got up. Stopped to get them ready, set my hubby off to work. Took a Maurten gel & got back on for the next 5 miles. Baby woke up, so I stopped to get my baby dressed & ready for the day. Got back on & finished 2 miles making today’s total 12 miles! Got it done & I am happy I can do what I love in the comfort of my own home so I can still be a mom & work towards my goals. Definitely itching for a long run outside soon! Anyone want to join?? by @nikrun7

400 x 5 @ 9 mph
1:30 x 5 @ 7 mph
Cool down to 3 miles @ 7 mph
When I am running & I go from 7 mph to 9 mph I feel like a freaking cheetah but watching it back it doesn’t look that much faster 😂 by @nikrun7
