Been a tough few days for us, so I took my wife out for a walk. We came across a bird struggling to fly, possibly after hitting a glass window. We gave it some water and left it in a safe spot to recover. A reminder that while we’re all fighting our own battles, some are simply fighting to survive. Be kind and help where you can. ❤️ #Kindness #Compassion #Hope #BeKind by @nilankasmart

Sandcastles and gentle waves in Bentota. Nothing beats this peaceful time together. Where is your favorite beach spot? #BeachVibes #FamilyTime #TravelDiary by @nilankasmart

I have seen a lot, and it is quite simple to say that discipline does not come only from the present moment; it develops through family, religion, education, culture, and the way a person was raised. by @nilankasmart
