It's officially been 2 years since i started running! And what an amazing journey it has been so far.

Sometimes it's easy to forget all of the progress that you've made so it's nice to look back to where it all began. Excited for the third chapter.

Today, we had an ultra-marathon runner in the house! 🏃‍♂️🔥 @nilestomiles

When you’re running 50 km non-stop, recovery isn’t just a recommendation — it’s a necessity.

Knowing how to properly prepare for and recover after an endurance challenge is essential. That’s where we come in, supporting your recovery with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and cryotherapy. ❄️🫧

Thank you so much, Niles, for coming in! Looking forward to seeing you again soon! 🖤 by @nilestomiles

Taking a deeper look into my current half marathon personal best that was set earlier this year.

Super proud of this effort as it genuinely took everything to achieve 😂

New PB coming soon? 👀

RUN SHOREDITCH 2026 💚

This might be my most enjoyable half? Paced the brothers for a sub 1:40 and they did just that 🚀

Loved every minute of it! 2 weeks until the big @camino_ultra 50k so the work continues until then 🤞🏾.

Exciting news!

Summer is officially over so its time to get back to business. On October 3rd i will be taking on a 50k trail ultramarathon for the first time.

With just under 3 weeks to prep for a new distance and new terrain, will i be able to complete this challenge?

Lets find out 🏃🏾‍♂️
