از همدلی حرف می‌زنم، ولی من هم دلِ آدم‌ها رو شکستم.

از رشد کردن حرف می‌زنم، ولی گاهی دوباره همون اشتباه‌های همیشگی رو تکرار می‌کنم.

از التیام پیدا کردن می‌گم، ولی بعضی وقت‌ها هنوز توی گذشته گیر می‌کنم.

حرف‌های امیدوارکننده می‌زنم، ولی بعضی روزها خودم بیشتر از هر کسی به شنیدنشون نیاز دارم.

از عشق حرف می‌زنم، ولی هنوز یه جاهایی از قلبم درد می‌کنه.

از ذهنیت مثبت می‌گم، ولی روزهایی هم هست که حس می‌کنم همه‌چی داره خفه‌م می‌کنه.

از بد بودنِ کینه می‌گم، ولی گاهی بخشیدن برای خودم هم آسون نیست.

مهم نیست چند بار اشتباه می‌کنیم. چیزی که واقعاً ما رو انسان می‌کنه اینه که اشتباه‌هامون رو ببینیم، مسئولیتشون رو بپذیریم و بخوایم هر روز یه ذره بهتر از دیروز باشیم.

و به نظرم، همین برای این‌که به خودمون افتخار كنيم كافيه.

Swelling : ورم
Inflammation : التهاب
.همه زخم ها cut نيستن.
هر كبودى bruise نيست.
انگلیسی فقط حفظ کردن لغت نیست، دونستن تفاوت‌هاست.

Struggling to get your students to speak?
