TSK 2024 is over and got some huge PR’s with me.

Squat: 250 kg - 25 kg PR
Bench: 155 kg - 20 kg PR
Deadlift: 255 kg - 5 kg PR
Missed 270 kg deadlift on lockout, but in my heart it was still up, so 20 kg unoffcial PR.

660 kg total - 50 kg total PR.

Thank you @uzaydd for coaching and programming and annoying the ever living fuck out of me at every training session.
Thank you @hvidovrestyrke for being insanely supportive and shouting as loud as possible.

TSK CUP 2023 at @taarnby_styrke is over and what a ride.
Accomplished my goal and got 610 kg in total, and a nice open wound in my hand.
Very big thanks to @rasmuslykke94 for helping and pushing me to new limits, and @hvidovrestyrke for shouting the roof off.

Feel like I’ve made some seriously good progress lately.
After injuries in my back, elbow, and shoulder I finally feel confident in lifting heavy shit again.
Thanks to @rasmuslykke94 for making me stronk again.

My first powerlift meet at @aalborg.styrke and everything went super well.
Got all my lifts approved and they all felt super easy.

Squat: 180 kg
Bench: 105 kg
Deadlift: 210 kg

Special thanks to @rasmuslykke94 for helping and coaching me throughout the day, keeping my mind check on just lifting the weights 😁🤘🏼

16 weeks ago, my fiancé @charlottelaubeauty convinced me to start powerlifting, because I had been complaining about wanting to lose weight and get stronger for a loooong time but I never had the motivation.
Luckily my best bud @rasmuslykke94 welcomed me right in at @hvidovrestyrke and started me on programs.
I never thought I would see the day where I would be able to lift this amount weight, after only 16 weeks of training. And I’ve been losing weight as well… so yay.
Thank you so much @charlottelaubeauty and @rasmuslykke94 for encouraging me and pushing me further.
Let’s fucking go beyond this! 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

I just got the most beautiful father’s day gift from my little boy. He knows me so well, “daddy crushes rocks and collects them” 😂❤️

Am I late to the Coffin Dance party?
Seriously love this tune by @vicetone and @tony_igy___ so decided to make my own synthwave remix of it.
