Curated by Nina

This week’s edit is a little bit 70s, a lot of fringe and our bar in the showroom.
We are loving the green patterned armchair by Laura Gonzalez and its full 70s glamour, combined with a standing ashtray.

Our NLS fabric, Oceano, that can easily be added into all sorts of schemes.
As well as the beautiful ironmongery by Maha Alavi Studio and Sheila Hicks’ Midnight Late Dream, because texture is everything.

Every piece in this collage is linked on my ShopMy page, so if something catches your eye, you’ll find it there.

PROJECT CECIBADGE

A little corner with a lot of personality.
We wanted this double height space to feel warm and inviting, so we leaned into colour, wrapping the walls in this rich terracotta tone and letting it travel all the way up to the mezzanine.

A pair of antique chairs in a bold patterned fabric bring another layer of colour and character, while the oversized lantern and old rug give the space that collected, lived in feeling we love.

With the doors opening straight onto the garden, it’s a lovely spot to sit with a coffee, a book or simply enjoy the afternoon sun.

We love seeing how our fabrics sit alongside other patterns, textures and materials.

Here, our Nina’s Stripe and Palm Stripe in Floresta bring a fresh green thread through the scheme, layered with warm reds, natural fibres and softer neutrals. The simplicity of Nina’s Stripe makes it an easy fabric to mix with bolder patterns, while Palm Stripe adds just the right amount of character.

A collected mix of colour, pattern and texture that feels fresh but still warm and inviting.

All fabrics are available on our website!

PROJECT CECIBADGE

Some of the most inviting rooms are often the quietest.
This little reading nook was designed as a place to pause. Wrapped in deep navy grasscloth, the room feels calm and cocooning, while the bespoke Roman blind introduces a gentle contrast with its playful pattern and warm coral border.

Natural textures, antique pieces and soft upholstery keep the space relaxed, allowing the changing light throughout the day to become part of the design itself.

A small room with a big sense of comfort, proving that every corner of a home deserves just as much consideration as the larger spaces.

PROJECT VALEAMB

One of the things we enjoy most is creating spaces that naturally draw people together.

This sunny corner was designed to do just that. Whether it’s a morning coffee, an impromptu meeting, a game of cards or drinks with friends, it’s a space that invites you to sit down and stay a while.

The playful mix of colours, sculptural lighting and bold artwork keeps the room feeling fresh and full of personality, while the natural textures and generous proportions make it effortlessly comfortable.

We always believe the most memorable spaces are the ones that encourage everyday moments to become meaningful ones.

PROJECT DALLINGFORD

Some of our favourite rooms are the ones that don’t have just one purpose.

Designed for everything from slow breakfasts to family dinners, working from home and evenings with friends, this space was created to adapt to the rhythm of everyday life.

We wanted it to feel warm and enveloping, so we wrapped both the walls and ceiling in grasscloth, adding depth and texture that changes beautifully with the light throughout the day. The generous upholstered banquette makes the dining area feel less formal and encourages everyone to stay just a little longer around the table.
It’s these thoughtful details that transform a room from simply looking beautiful to becoming somewhere people genuinely love spending time.

MEET THE TEAM

Every project at Nina Litchfield Studios is a team effort, so we thought it was time to introduce the people behind the designs.

At the heart of the studio is Nina, our founder and Creative Director, whose creative vision inspires everything we do. Her eye for colour, pattern and timeless interiors is what shapes each project from the very beginning.

Andreea is our PA and keeps the studio running behind the scenes. From managing the day to day of the office to making sure everything is where it needs to be, she’s the person who keeps us all organised.

Pallav, our Interior Architect, turns ideas into reality through technical expertise, thoughtful planning and a meticulous eye for detail. He’s also the one who keeps our projects moving forward and on track.

And finally, Mira, our Interior Designer, works across sourcing, schemes, bespoke details and styling, helping to bring each project together from concept through to installation.

Every day looks a little different. One minute we’re surrounded by fabric samples and joinery drawings, the next we’re on site, styling a photoshoot or searching for the perfect finishing touch. It’s that variety, and the collaboration between us, that makes studio life so rewarding.

We’re incredibly grateful to our wonderful clients, talented makers and trusted suppliers who make it all possible. taken in London, United Kingdom by @ninalitchfieldstudios

At the heart of our studio is a space designed to bring people together.
Part kitchen, part bar, it’s where ideas are shared over coffee, materials are laid out for review and clients gather to see schemes come to life. The warm walnut joinery, rich burgundy cabinetry and handcrafted mosaic floor create a setting that feels both practical and inviting, while the mirrored ceiling reflects light and adds an unexpected sense of drama.

We believe the spaces we work in should reflect the way we design: considered, welcoming and full of thoughtful details that reveal themselves over time.

A classic stripe, reimagined.

Our Palm Stripe in Floresta combines a timeless stripe with our signature palm motif, creating a fabric that feels both playful and versatile. The soft green palette brings freshness, while the simple repeat gives the design an easy rhythm that works beautifully across both upholstery and soft furnishings.

Here, it has been used on a mid century dining chair, where the pattern sits effortlessly against the dark timber frame and warm yellow backdrop.

Designed to mix easily with the rest of our collection, Palm Stripe in Floresta pairs beautifully with natural woods, warm neutrals and layered textures.

Available now on our website.

PROJECT AWORTH

Rich colour, contrasting textures and thoughtful detailing come together to create a room that feels both bold and welcoming.

For Project Aworth, we embraced a deep navy envelope, softened by crisp white piping that traces the architecture of the room and highlights its elegant curves. Warm terracotta upholstery, a striking ceramic lamp and playful patterned wallpaper beyond add layers of colour and personality, creating moments of surprise from every angle.

One of the things we love most about creating our fabric collection was designing patterns that not only stand confidently on their own, but also layer effortlessly with others.

Here, our Nina’s Stripe in Tomate and Manteiga brings structure and rhythm to the scheme, pairing beautifully with floral prints, embroidery, woven textures and natural fibres.

Soft yellows, warm reds, whites and touches of blue come together to create a scheme that feels unmistakably summery, relaxed and timeless.
