A remembrance of our Moonscape last year honoring the Full Moon in Scorpio - the energy of transmuting darkness to transform it into light. ✨

What a special portal we created for healing with a soundscape by @subtle.fields, reiki by @madelinehvu and @ravellelaurette of @thehummingbirdcode, immersive art by @jasnaboudard, and a tea ceremony and experiential design by @ninaqho. 🌀

Join us again on May 12th @dawaheals as we work with the medicine of Blue Lotus to journey inward to connect, witness, and reintegrate our inner child. 🪷 by @ninaqho

After 13 years in Austin, I’m renting out my home and going nomadic. I don’t know what the future holds, but I’m ready to embrace the unknown. I’m shifting my home base to Houston by the end of the year and plan to visit Austin frequently, especially in the spring and fall. This is definitely not a goodbye, more of a see you around. Austin will always be one of my harbors to come back to and refuel. 🫶🏼

(I’ll be around-ish in November and am only a phone call / FaceTime away. No goodbyes please!)

My intention is to celebrate and be held in community while doing some good before I set sail for a bit.

Celebrate with me @dawaheals with a $10 suggested donation in the form of a “ticket.” 100% of ticket sales goes to DAWA to continue their work of “Giving to the Givers.” If you don’t have the capacity to donate right now, feel free to just stop by and say hello.

This is a family friendly dance-centric event, and you’re welcome to bring new friends!

7-8 pm: Welcome & Chill - Playlist by @swimakaswim & Nina

8-9 pm: DJ set by @jemini_vii & a @claritadeluna_ Mini Birthday Dedication (Oct 14)

9-10 pm: DJ set @king_brianw

Since last October, I’ve been patiently working on a new body of work called “Fluorescent Portals.” This film photography series explores how the everyday thresholds of our city – the doors, elevators, and stairs that we take and take for granted – become otherworldly portals for those open to seeing the magic in the mundane.

These pieces are available for purchase. All prints are 18x12 on archival fine art print from @hollandphotoimaging.

🌊 Last week’s LABYRINTH, YOGA & SOUND BATH was such a beautiful reminder that transformation often happens when we slow down enough to truly be present.

🐚 At Chandra Yoga, I put so much intention into the little things...the setting, the flow of the experience, the music, the movement, the breath, the sound, and the moments of stillness in between. My hope is always to create more than an event… but a space where you can soften, reconnect, release, and come home to yourself. 🤍

🌀 Walking the labyrinth, moving together, breathing with the ocean, and resting into the vibrations of the sound bath created such a beautiful evening of grounding and connection.

💗 A huge thank you to my beautiful co-host Rachel Stokes of Living Life the Happy Way for sharing your heart, energy, and presence in this experience. I’m so grateful to create alongside you. ✨

🙏🏼 And a special thank you to Nina for capturing these beautiful moments so we can look back and remember how it felt...not just how it looked. 📸🤍

🫶🏼 Thank you to everyone who joined us and trusted us to hold this space for you.

✨️ May you carry a little of that peace with you wherever you go. 🌊✨

I embrace change like the waves washing over me,
in the endless sea,
where I am cleansed and purified,
released from the past,
emptied for the future,
ready to receive, receive, receive.

Missing the magic of my homeland right now. These photos were taken at the Imperial Tomb of Đồng Kháng near Huế on my most recent trip (October 2025). This mausoleum is a hauntingly beautiful blend of traditional Vietnamese architecture with European design influences from the late 1800s. by @ninaqho

This Friday, 5/29, I’ll be a part of @monadnyc pop up exhibition "Capturing Houston" curated by @dokyii. It’s been special moving back to Houston and re-experiencing and re-interpreting the city as an adult. I’ll be sharing these two photographs (developed and scanned by @flatspresents). Hope to see you there. 🖤

A photographic study of Houston, its textures, movement, and energy. Through fleeting moments, late-night stops, street culture, and music, participating artists offer intimate interpretations of a city constantly in motion. RSVP link in @monadnyc bio. by @ninaqho

My flute journey has been an easeful, slow walk over the past few years. It started with my partner gifting me an ocarina for my birthday a few summers ago. I immediately fell in love with the feeling of allowing my Inner Wind to flow, and my little collection of breath companions grew. It has brought so much healing to my voice, my self expression, and my willingness to be seen.

With the flute, I embrace melding into the flow of the melody. Giving the medicine while becoming the medicine, at the same time- empowered by the vitality of life, in rhythmic, prayerful breath.

This beautiful triple Teotihuacan flute by @quetzalcoatlmusic_ with Purple Jade, Sugilite, and Kunzite has tenderly held my heart through this process.

This is what I intend to share, whether it is in community, one on one sessions, or with creations still gestating. I hope I have the chance to share it with you soon 🌀✨

Coming back to Houston, I’ve been reconnecting with what it means to be home here, this paradox of deep familiarity and comfort coupled with a sense of adventure and the unknown - frequenting the places I’ve loved as a kid and discovering new ones.

I’m also reconnecting with portraiture, which served as the foundation and beginnings of my photography journey.

It’s been a gift to work with all women in the few months that I’ve been back. What a privilege to capture the divine light that embodied women radiate. ✨

I’m manifesting more of this
co-creation energy, especially when it comes to documenting the beauty of motherhood and sisterhood. And so it is.

Been exploring the Houston skyline on 35mm film.🖤

Thanks to the @flatspresents team for the development and scans and for hosting an awesome “Shoot the Shit Crit” at @icehouseradio a few weekends ago. I met great people and left feeling inspired about my photography practice.
