My flute journey has been an easeful, slow walk over the past few years. It started with my partner gifting me an ocarina for my birthday a few summers ago. I immediately fell in love with the feeling of allowing my Inner Wind to flow, and my little collection of breath companions grew. It has brought so much healing to my voice, my self expression, and my willingness to be seen.

With the flute, I embrace melding into the flow of the melody. Giving the medicine while becoming the medicine, at the same time- empowered by the vitality of life, in rhythmic, prayerful breath.

This beautiful triple Teotihuacan flute by @quetzalcoatlmusic_ with Purple Jade, Sugilite, and Kunzite has tenderly held my heart through this process.

This is what I intend to share, whether it is in community, one on one sessions, or with creations still gestating. I hope I have the chance to share it with you soon 🌀✨
