And watching my little boy spin around without a care in the world reminds me just how beautiful that message is.

In a world that can sometimes feel so heavy, I hope we continue raising children who choose kindness over hate, love over division, and joy in the simplest moments.

🍂 A little Thanksgiving gratitude dump. 🤎

This year has reminded me just how quickly life can change and how important it is to appreciate the little things.

And this year, I have SO much to be thankful for. 🥹❤️

❤️ My husband, my rock, who continues to show up for our family even while navigating his own difficult moments.

🙏 Our health. Because sometimes life has a way of putting everything back into perspective.

✨ New opportunities, unexpected doors opening, and the courage to walk through them.

🏀 The freedom to get outside, play, explore, and make memories with our kids.

❤️ My parents, who are out there LIVING their best lives! Watching them enjoy life makes me so happy. We love them endlessly.

🫶 Our little village. The people who showed up when we needed them most. You know who you are.

🐾 Rubble, for bringing comfort during difficult times and teaching our kids responsibility and unconditional love.

✈️ Travel, new friendships, sports communities, and the privilege of showing our kids the world beyond their own backyard.

🏀 Women’s sports! I LOVE that my kids are growing up in a generation that doesn’t even realize female athletes weren’t always given the spotlight they deserved.

📱 This little online community. Every view, comment, share, and connection has helped open doors I never imagined. I’m genuinely grateful you’re here.

🦀 And obviously, seafood. I really wish crabs knew how delicious their legs were. 😂

❤️ Oh, and RAPTORS BASKETBALL IS BACK! Because priorities. 🏀

This year hasn’t been perfect, but it’s reminded me that a beautiful life isn’t one without challenges. It’s one filled with people, love, laughter, and memories worth holding onto.

Turkey is great and all… but have you ever watched two kids absolutely DEMOLISH a plate of crab legs? 😂🦀

We celebrated Thanksgiving last weekend with my parents, so this weekend we decided to do things a little differently and make some traditions of our own. 🤎

And if you know my kids, you know they are little seafood LOVERS! 🦞🦀 I absolutely love watching them crack their own crab legs and enjoy every bite. 😂

Thanksgiving doesn’t always have to mean turkey and all the traditional fixings. Sometimes it’s seafood, messy little hands, lots of laughter, and making memories that feel a little more us. 🥹

Because at the end of the day, it’s never really about what’s on the table. It’s about who’s sitting around it. ❤️

Here’s to keeping the traditions we grew up with while creating new ones our kids will grow up remembering.

I don’t need her to be the next WNBA superstar (but I wouldn’t complain 👀😂). I just want her to grow up loving sports, feeling confident in her abilities, and knowing that her mom will always be right there playing alongside her.

We all have opinions about what happens in Brampton. Our roads, recreation centres, parks, community safety, neighbourhoods and the future we’re building for our children.

But here’s the thing: voting is one of the ways we actually get a say.

Municipal elections matter because we’re choosing the people who make decisions that affect our everyday lives, right here at home.

BRAMPTON, DID YOU KNOW?! 🏉🇨🇦🇯🇲

International rugby under the lights, right here in our own backyard! 🤯

Tonight we headed to Terry Fox Stadium at Chinguacousy Park to watch the Canada Wolverines take on the Jamaica Reggae Warriors, and WOW did Canada show up! 🔥

🇨🇦 CANADA TAKES THE WIN 42–6! 🇨🇦

Terry Fox Stadium was the perfect backdrop for an international rugby showdown, and the energy on the field did not disappoint!

But what made tonight even more special? 🥹 One of our friends plays for the Canada Wolverines, so getting to watch him represent our country right here in Brampton was pretty incredible! ❤️

I always say there’s so much happening in Brampton, and nights like this are exactly why I love sharing our city with you!
