What a fantastic morning. I drove down fron Dutchess and caught a early workout with some of my fave #ChallengeOGs @rachel_fitness organized. Shane was a blast I loved getting to talk to him. Rachel is amazing, she even responded to my DM yesterday asking if I needed a yoga mat. Josh.... so cute and just full of energy and fun! And OMG Ashley from #90dayfiancé was literally a surprise and so amazing her and I got a chance to talk about her weight loss journey and tips for me since I plateau'd and im having trouble getting moving again!.
All in all, totally worth it and I might go back down for the season 41 watch party! by @ninij1281
