Today marks one year post op from ACL reconstruction surgery. It’s pretty hard to squeeze 11 months of rehab into a minute and a half for a social media video, but here’s a glimpse of what my life has looked like over the last year. This injury taught me more than I ever could have imagined. The Lord is SO faithful, and has provided every step of the way. Nehemiah 8:10 has a whole new meaning for me these days, because the joy of the LORD truly has been my strength, especially on the days I had nothing left to give. I’m SO grateful to have worked with the the best PTs I could have asked for to get me where I am today, and the most incredible community that has come around me in this season of life. God is GOOD and I can’t wait to step into this next comeback season, all for His glory 🩷 #aclrecovery #rehab #surgery #ninjawarrior #thejoyofthelordismystrength by @ninjajoywolf

I think it’s pretty safe to say most things didn’t go the way I thought they would this year, but there was never a day, minute, or moment that the Lord wasn’t with me every step of the way. What felt like a huge setback simply turned into redirection. So let this be your reminder that the Lord is the one constant you can hold onto, no matter what your circumstances look like ✨And somehow even in the middle of the craziness that this year held, I couldn’t be more thankful for the experiences & opportunities I had and the people I never would have met if things had gone the way I thought they would 🩷I am SO ready to see what God has in store for 2026!!•••#newyear #2026 #aclrecovery #anw #thejoyofthelordismystrength by @ninjajoywolf

With filming for season 18 starting this week, here’s some behind the scenes footage from my season 17 qualifying run! Unfortunately, I will not be competing this year due to being in the middle of my ACL recovery. However I’m so thankful to still have to opportunity to go out and watch filming, supporting all my friends on their sidelines!!
