In reflection, I’m surviving. Giving myself the freedom to say this is bullshit and celebrating gratitude at the same time.

The Odyssey is still mine and it can be yours too. 😉 Ninja Nay Shop Is Back Open. 💫 New love on the way too. 🤞 by @ninjanay

I’ve parented with @connecticutsun / @ctsuncommunity and @visionarher to bring you The Girls Locker Room Summit on August 26th at Housatonic Community College. I’m excited to co-host a FREE day of game for our teen girls PLUS a ride to and from the CT Sun vs Valkyries game.

Workshops held by myself, Akiya McKnight, Nicole Carson of @carson_aesthetics , Brittany Best of @bmfitnessstudio__/@__bestmoves, and manufacturing workshops coordinated with Housatonic will give the girls the room to explore career options that may not be initially top of mind.

OPEN TO ALL CT TEENS! Please share this with any girls you think may be interested. by @ninjanay

This Odyssey of mine. I filmed this piece after diagnosis but prior to surgery. Entering 2026, I planned to do some deep reflection, as 2016, when my memoir Odyssey begins, was 10 years ago. So much has changed yet so much stayed the same. Here I am once again attending funerals and facing health woes. What will I learn this time?

Oddly enough it feels like a gift of sorts. So I invite you all to take this walk with me. If you so choose, let’s explore this life thing together. 🤲🤍

Cause 🗣️ Y’ALL ASSES AIN'T GET RID OF ME THAT EASY! 😂😘 We up baby!!!

Love always, all ways,

Steve came to me with a mood board inspired by Mary J Blige’s Share My World album cover. How did we do? 😌
