NIO Inc. Delivers 37,408 Vehicles in September, Up 49.2% YoY in First Three Quarters In September 2026, NIO Inc. delivered 37,408 vehicles, representing an increase of 7.7% year-over-year. The deliveries consisted of 21,318 vehicles from the premium smart electric vehicle brand NIO, up 55.3% year-over-year; 8,763 vehicles from the family-oriented smart electric vehicle brand ONVO; and 7,327 vehicles from the small smart high-end electric car brand firefly, increasing 26.9% year-over-year. In the first three quarters of 2026, NIO Inc. delivered a total of 300,301 vehicles, up 49.2% year-on-year, with all three brands setting record highs for the period. The NIO brand delivered 181,988 vehicles, up 63.4% year-on-year; the ONVO brand delivered 70,191 vehicles; and the firefly brand delivered 48,122 vehicles, up 136.7% year-on-year. On September 14, William Li, NIO’s Founder, Chairman, and CEO, was invited to attend World Trade and Tech Day at the World Trade Organization (WTO) headquarters in Geneva, where he delivered a keynote speech. According to William, as electrification, smart technologies, and AI come together, smart EVs have already become the most widely used physical AI agents today. And that means no automaker will lead the future without leading in AI. Today, NIO’s smart driving system, built on an architecture that combines a world model with full closed-loop reinforcement learning, has already been deployed in more than 950,000 vehicles, accumulating more than 7.7 billion kilometers driven safely. For such technologies to benefit more people, technological progress must go hand in hand with global coordination. With varied regulations, data requirements, safety standards, and market access rules across countries and regions, we need to enhance international dialogue, foster greater consistency in testing methodologies, and advance mutual recognition of test results, allowing innovation to move more freely without compromising safety. The right rules do not have to slow innovation down. They can build trust, support innovation, and allow technology, talent, and trade to create greater value across borders. Under the WTO framework, we hope to see more dialogue, more common ground, and more workable rules. NIO Inc. Reports Unaudited Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results September 1, 2026, Shanghai, China －NIO announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. - Total revenues were RMB32,136.9 million (US$4,736.4 million) in the second quarter of 2026, representing an increase of 69.1% from the second quarter of 2025. - Gross profit was RMB5,906.5 million (US$870.5 million) in the second quarter of 2026, representing an increase of 211.3% from the second quarter of 2025. - Gross margin was 18.4% in the second quarter of 2026, compared with 10.0% in the second quarter of 2025. - Vehicle margin was 18.5% in the second quarter of 2026, compared with 10.3% in the second quarter of 2025. - Other sales in the second quarter of 2026 were RMB3,078.6 million (US$453.7 million), representing an increase of 7.2% from the second quarter of 2025 and an increase of 12.0% from the first quarter of 2026. Gross margin from other sales was 17.0%, up 8.8 percentage points year over year. - For the first half of the year, total revenues reached RMB 57.67 billion (US$8,437.9 million), up 85.8% year over year, while gross profit increased 282.2% to RMB 10.77 billion (US$1,574.9 million). As of the end of the second quarter, cash reserves increased to RMB 56.7 billion (US$8.4 billion) , up 108.7% year over year and 17.7% quarter over quarter. NIO Inc. also delivered positive operating cash flow for the fourth consecutive quarter. For the third quarter of 2026, NIO Inc. expects: - Deliveries of vehicles to be between 108,000 and 111,000 vehicles, representing an increase of approximately 24.0% to 27.5% from the same quarter of 2025. - Total revenues to be between RMB33,285 million (US$4,906 million) and RMB34,051 million (US$5,019 million), representing an increase of approximately 52.7% to 56.2% from the same quarter of 2025. by @nioglobal

The deliveries consisted of 21,174 vehicles from the premium smart electric vehicle brand NIO, up 101.2% year-over-year; 8,810 vehicles from the family-oriented smart electric vehicle brand ONVO; and 5,852 vehicles from the small smart high-end electric car brand firefly, increasing 34.7% year-over-year. In the first eight months of 2026, NIO Inc. delivered a total of 262,893 vehicles, marking a year-over-year increase of 57.9%. On June 18, 2026, NIO marked the 10th anniversary of its UK R&D Center with the opening of a new engineering facility in Witney, Oxfordshire. As one of NIO’s earliest overseas R&D bases, the UK R&D Center plays a key role in the company’s global engineering system.
