What I realized going from east to west this time is that despite all the horrors we are experiencing at the moment, physically our country is so incredibly beautiful and worth fighting for! taken in Bad Lands National Park, South Dakota by @niregirl

Happy Father’s Day to my father who was bigger than the life he loved, my grandpa Helge who was my sunshine and taught me how to love and my Uncle David, who meant the world to me he had so much integrity, passion, kindness and loyalty. I miss them incredibly. And a very happy day to all those other father friends who are so vital! 🫶 by @niregirl

12/22/24 730am on the compound temp says 8 feels like 1 so incredibly beautiful the wind barley whips but the cold is intense and makes me feel alive. This year has been a doozie, last couple actually. All in all I just am so blessed and grateful for all my people who continue to show up for me.. especially these ones right here right now in my proximity. You know who you are. I am so lucky and would never be ok without your never ending love and support. Thank you!
Cheers to a brighter and prosperous new year for us all! taken in Germantown, New York by @niregirl

This tree…..It’s was funny when I found it this summer it hit me like a huge ray of light. It’s the tree I dream about when I meditate. It was such a profound moment for me when it appeared. Today I will sit under it with my dear friend Samantha and help her fly to peace and freedom! Akal dear one 🤍💔🕊 taken in Château La Coste by @niregirl
