Petra Parker sure has been put through a gauntlet of some of the craziest and honestly most unique Spidey stories over the last month or so, and the way this one chose to use the symbiote was such a wonderful and tragic concept that I knew I had to try lending my voice to it as soon as I had the chance! Spider-Man really does lend itself well to the struggles of trans folks, and I'm LOVING this art trend.

The idea of Edith/Edna/Eda Brock also being a trans woman seduced by the Venom symbiote's promises of gender euphoria at the cost of her own humanity is so metal, too.

Huge thanks to the ever lovely @MJTheFaeVA for lending her own stellar voice to... Mary Jane Watson! Truly a role she was born to play!
