I’ve shared a lot here about testing for toxins and supporting gut health — and I still believe in that work. But I want to say the quiet part out loud: sometimes the stress of trying to do everything “right” is harder on your body than the thing you were trying to avoid.

You can care about your health and still give yourself grace.

You can slip up and not spiral.

For me, that peace comes from trusting God with the parts I can’t control — not from having a flawless routine.

Save this for the day you need permission to just breathe.

This is my life lately.

A lot of beautiful things have come about lately. Besides the last slide where I became ill during a nature walk.

Yikes! I’m human 🤯—I battle sometimes knowing that I’m the one to help others and that I somehow should have it all figured out. But I don’t.I do try my best though. But I slip up sometimes. And I have my not so good days occasionally. But that’s just it. I’m human and I can’t run from battles and challenges, because they are going to come.

I strive for consistency, fight, drive, and endurance. Not perfection.

With that said life has been beautiful even with a little bit of struggles 🤍
