Mama we made it! Tomorrow is the day I become an alumna of Winston-Salem State University

Through all of the late nights, early morning, losses, trials and tribulations those I needed the most were consistently there and for that I must say thank you.

To my Mother
Thank you for raising me in Christ, to know that no matter the situation I am blessed and highly favored. Though my 21 years with you were short, they were the most amazing years of my life. I wish you were here to see this but I know you and Aj watch over me daily. Aj my big brother, you’re supposed to be here with me my boy it’s up for you for life. None of this would be possible without y’all. I would choose y’all in every lifetime. I miss you forever ❤️

To my friends and family
Every random call, message, and visit was essential in making this happen. I’ve lost more than most but I am forever blessed to have such an amazing team behind me. Especially my big sister Anissa.

To Winston-Salem State University
Thank you for accepting me back with open arms. Deciding to re-enroll was a difficult task for me , but my amazing advisor made it as easy as possible. Winston has truly helped me grow as a woman, I would choose to be a Winston Woman time and time again .

I’ve never been one to post my business but I want to say this. Love and cherish y’all moms, I lost my best friend two days ago and I’ll never be able to hug my mom again she was my only parent left and I can’t explain the pain and anger that I am feeling right now but love and appreciate your mothers I thought mine would be here for forever but that’s just not the case. by @nishae.xx
