POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Bhasmasur, directed by @nishil__sheth tells a quiet, aching story of a father and son whose lives are held together by a gentle donkey and a fragile thread of hope. Buried under debt and desperation, the father decides to sell the only companion his young son truly loves. What begins as a simple journey to the city becomes an emotional passage through guilt, innocence, and the harsh realities of rural life. The film never raises its voice—yet every frame speaks of the small heartbreaks that ordinary people carry, the innocence children protect, and the impossible choices poverty forces upon a family. It’s a reminder that sometimes the cruelest decisions are made not out of want, but out of sheer survival… and the cost is always paid in silence. by @nishil__sheth

From the time I’ve known you, I’ve seen you hustling like a superhero on espresso and sleepless nights, endless work, and still showing up with that “I’ve got this” face.Honestly I don’t know how you did it, but here we are today.

Our family deserves an award too — for putting up with your schedule, stress, and probably questionable mood swings, all without a single complaint. And your friends? Well, they deserve credit for being your unpaid therapists, cheerleaders, and occasional snack suppliers.

We’re all ridiculously proud of you. Wishing you truckloads of happiness, success.Upwards, onwards

13th is releasing on 1st October on @sonylivindia
