In another 1/1/1, I came to life as Nisrine.
A flower name, a blooming journey that brought me many smiles, many tears, and laughter lived from the heart.
I learnt to love myself, to cherish the girl I am.
I became more grateful when I saw many of the things I once asked for coming true.
I became passionate when I understood why some doors had closed.
Today, I want to acknowledge my gratitude, first and forever, to my Creator, who is always within me, my infinite source of light and containment.
Second, to my family, starting with the two souls I came through.
I am beautiful because of your genes, brave because you allowed me to strech my mind, strong because you pushed me to be, and independent because you contributed to shaping the woman I have become today. Thank you.
To my sisters, I love you to the moon and back. You are my treasure and my true blessings in life.
Who needs a brother when she has an army of women behind her?
I am also deeply grateful for the most precious human beings in my life, my nephews Mateo and Giovani.
To my brothers-in-law, I thank you for being you.
To my friends, I am the luckiest girl because I have the best friends.
To those who were with me in my darkest nights, to those who drew out my loudest laughter, to the friends who fulfill my days, who listen, support, and stand by me. I enjoy life with you, and I promise to be an added value in your lives as well.
Thank you for showing me both my strengths and my gaps.
To the messengers who crossed my path, thank you for the lessons that made me reflect and reconsider.
To my masters and coaches, thank you for expanding my awareness and for unfolding my abilities.
