That one week of IFFI actually wasn’t all fun despite what the video portrays. Both of us were exhausted since the start of the trip because… well, idk life?

I was, in fact, also giving interviews almost every day while we were there.

This was a pretty laid-back trip, but we ate some amazing food. I devoured chicken and pork ribs at almost every food joint we crossed.

Good food actually heals you, especially when it’s chicken and pork. Next time should be seafood.

We also met some interesting folks at the fest, studying and working in filmmaking. That was unequivocally refreshing. Experiences like these make one realize that there is an abundance of creative and great work if you just care to look and step out of the bubble we find ourselves living in.

Panjim embraced the IFFI crowd with such grace and hospitality that it almost imprints on you when you leave. The entire city was decorated beautifully, and she looked nothing short of a June wedding avenue. The roads of Panjim are confusing, though, but once you get a hang of the place and find yourself downtown, you wouldn’t want to leave. Boy, the music is very cute. Vintage. It was a great week!

There is a very nominal registration charge for a delegate.
