Never dreamed that one day one of the Directors I would work for is on my Spotify playlist 😳🎧

From 10yrs of HVAC with my hubs, to one of my fav things in the world... Music!! What a flipping amazing change. Excited 👊🏼🖤

The simple things are often the most impactful.
And sometimes it takes stepping away from everything to realise just how much there is to be grateful for ♥️🙏🏼

And maybe purpose isn't always found in the big things, but in slowing down enough to appreciate the life happening right in front of us 🌈

I am learning to be more intentional with my time. To take better care of my mental health. To be present with the people I love, my dogs, the ocean, the laughter and all the ordinary little moments that make life beautiful 🐳

There is strength in admitting where you’ve gone wrong and how.
Strength in asking for help when you need it.
Strength in setting boundaries where you once gave too much.
And strength in acknowledging your weaknesses instead of hiding them.
Because knowing yourself, accepting yourself, and choosing to grow takes courage 👏🏼

Grateful for this chapter
Grateful for healing
Grateful for my my boys, my family and special friends
And for the professionals who held me and guided me
Grateful for the simple things in this beautiful life 🦋

'Self care means giving yourself permission to pause'

And that's exactly what I'm gonna do

A sabbatical
A break away
Unplug

Time out to Reset, refresh, relax and restart 🌈
