For God be the glory! Thank You, God, for bringing me this far. I am beyond grateful. Everything You told me You would do, You did. I’ve been in such disbelief because none of this has felt real I am truly living in answered prayers. Leaving Winston-Salem State University is so bittersweet, but I am deeply thankful for everything Winston has poured into me, the lessons, the growth, the connections, and the blessings. To my parents: through every tear and every long night, every hug I needed, you were there. I did this for us. Words cannot express how on days I didn’t feel strong, thinking about how proud this would make y’all kept me going. I can never thank you enough. I love y’all. From this moment forward, when you see me, please address me as Ms. BSN 🤍✨ Up next: conquering the NCLEX by @niyamonae._
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” — Isaiah 41:10 Thank you to THEE Winston-Salem State University… Thank you for every opportunity, every connection, and every door that has opened for me along the way. Delayed but never denied… only 5 more days until I walk across that stage. This graduation is so personal. From not getting into the nursing program the first time, to finally getting in, to failing a class but refusing to give up—God carried me through every setback and every comeback. This journey taught me the importance of keeping faith through every storm. I’m truly grateful for everything I went through because it strengthened me and shaped me into who I am today. To the family I handpicked here at Winston—y’all don’t know how much you’ve impacted me. On my hardest days, you made everything worth it. I’m really going to miss being right up the street from everyone, but I’ll forever cherish the laughs, the late nights, and every memory we created together. To my parents and my family—thank you for the unwavering support. I cannot wait for y’all to see me walk that stage. Here’s to new beginnings, answered prayers, and the blessing of walking in everything I once hoped for. This is only the beginning—and I’m ready for everything God has aligned for me next. ❤️🎓 by @niyamonae._
“She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” ~ Proverbs 31:25 When I look back on this journey, all I can say is wow. The highs, the lows, the challenges, the victories—every moment shaped me into who I am today. Coming from a background with no Divine Nine influences and growing up without siblings, this path was unfamiliar. But I pushed through, stayed true to myself, and became stronger than I ever imagined. When I graduated from Winston, I knew I wanted more than a degree. I wanted to create something meaningful, something my future children could look back on. Crossing into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. gave me exactly that. These letters didn’t give me a title, they gave me a legacy to begin, a community to grow in, and a love that anchored me in ways I never expected. To my LS …my Autobots 🥹 (only we will understand) I going to miss you! being your tail has been one of the most beautiful blessings. And I mean it from the bottom of my heart when I say, I will always have your backs. Always. I went from having zero sisters to gaining 24 incredible women who welcomed me with open arms, full hearts, and genuine love. I never imagined that sisterhood could feel like this—warm, supportive, loud, loving, and unforgettable. Thank you for every memory, every laugh, every late-night conversation, every check-in, every hug, and every bit of love you’ve given me. You filled a space in my heart I didn’t even know was empty, and I’ll carry that forever. To my beautiful Neos… I love each of you. Keep shining, I’m always here when you need me. As I step into this next journey, I carry this sisterhood with me—with grace, with pride, and with an unshakable love for Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. ~BlueAlert signing out 💙🎓 by @niyamonae._
