POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Meet the first three faces of our Junior Fellowship at GCCA.
Arneja, August, and Bishop.
Three young artists, each with their own ideas, personalities, and ways of seeing the world.
Over the next six months, we’ll be exploring creativity, developing new skills, and giving them room to discover what they’re capable of.
This is only the beginning. More young creatives to introduce soon!

One of my favorite parts of creating Walt’s Walk has been seeing how the community has responded to it.

These are just a few of the moments people captured and shared along the way.

Thank you, Greenville. 💜

Officially finished: Walt’s Walk part of the @walts.waltz Butterfly Garden at Haywood Mall.

I believe art can change how a space feels, especially one so many people in Greenville have memories tied to.

Some walls ask for one image. This one needed a whole world. 🌎

My work didn’t become easier to understand.

It just became harder to deny.

You never know where the next artist or dancer will come from. ⭐

Sometimes all they need is a place to show up, try something new, and be encouraged.

That's why these workshops matter.

If you know a young artist or dancer who's ready to take the next step, keep an eye out for the Make Your Mark Talent Search.

Spent the afternoon painting live at the Greenville Housing Authority community cookout 🔥

One moment that stuck with me was meeting a young girl who reminded me of a portrait I created some time ago. Later that afternoon, she ended up winning the 50-inch TV giveaway, making the day even more memorable.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to watch paintings come together, say hello, or share a conversation.

Thank you Greenville Housing Authority for having me, and I'm looking forward to being back for the upcoming art workshops! #communityartist #greenvillesc by @njapgallery
