My Self-Love is rooted in God's love.

I love me because He first loved me, because if not for God's love, in my natural self, this Self-Love matters can be a double edged sword;
-Loving myself too much I don't care for others,
-Or loathing myself so much because of my faults and limitations.

That's the human tendency.

But self-love rooted in God's love will also love my neighbour sometimes, as I love myself and sometimes, sacrifice myself for the good of others.

It's healthy, not defrauding others in the name of loving me and not putting myself higher than God will have me.

For God is love and anyone who wants to practice love in its truest form must learn of God.

Life be splashing mess on us sometimes,

But here's the truth, it shouldn't change who we truly are!

This message is for my sisters in a confused season,
And for anyone going through any hard times.

God's Love does not expire because we made mistakes.
His Love is for those seasons.
