The conversation around psychometrics is changing. As organisations use assessments more widely across recruitment, talent and development, the focus must move beyond simply using psychometric tools to ensuring they are used well. The Psychometrics Landscape of East Africa Survey gives us the data. Now, we are bringing the conversation to the room. Join fellow HR, Recruitment, Talent, People & Culture and organisational leaders to explore the findings, challenge current practices and discuss what needs to happen next. 5 November 2026 Villa Rosa Kempinski, Nairobi 7:00 AM โ€“ 10:30 AM KSh 7,000 If psychometrics are part of your people strategy, make this breakfast part of your calendar. #psychometrics #assessments #HR #hiringassessment #PeopleAndCulture by @njerikahare

How well do we really understand the psychometrics landscape in East Africa? On 5th November, we will launch the findings of the Psychometrics Landscape of East Africa Survey bringing data, practitioners and senior leaders together to examine what the research tells us about our current landscape. Research should not sit in a report. It should start a conversation. This is that conversation. ๐Ÿ“ Villa Rosa Kempinski, Nairobi ๐Ÿ“… 5 November 2026 | 7:00 AM โ€“ 10:30 AM KSh 7,000 Be part of the conversation. by @njerikahare
