Boys were Buzzing 🐝!

Yesterday’s session with Mika & Wyatt focused on different touches Wingers take when on the byline. Some of their touches included a Give-and-Go, Drag-Back L Turn & “checking in” to receive and then immediately checking out to take a positive touch forward.

We then finished with some technical at the end, and 1v1s to keep them competitive! Great session boys! by @njfieldhouse

LAB RATZ putting in WORK!

Our beginners got after it today — learning, working hard, and crushing the workout!

And we’ve got some new motivation on the walls 👀 New banners are up to remind these young wrestlers what it’s all about every time they step on the mat.

Work hard. Have fun. Get better.

Proud of this group. Keep building! 🤼‍♂️
