I promise I’m not getting too serious but 2 months of cutting deserved to get on the feed lol. swipe and read :)

1900-2000 calories a day. 225-250 G protein, 200g carbs, same for fats. 13 pounds in 7 weeks. Both chicken and sweet potatoes or ground turkey and sweet potato’s every day and 3 eggs for breakfast.

It sucked but boy did pay off

Squat improved in 6 months from 185x3 reps to 225x13 which was huge for being sub 150. Hit it 2x a week to see that through.

Meal prepped and weighed out food ever Sunday. Yes eating the same thing every day is boring

Honestly just smiling cause it’s over

Proud of the direction that I am heading! One day I would like to be competing in men’s physique and I think this was a good step in the right direction to learning more about myself and how to accomplish my goals

Lats but not least

Oh and my first meal post cut was awesome shout out to Sam’s pizza wildwood boardwalk
