Presenting The Soul Star @shambhala_mf 2025 💫

“The Soul Star is a multi dimensional LED aerial structure that functions as both performance space and immersive installation. Representing a vehicle of ascension, it promotes spiritual growth and transformation. Also known as a Merkaba, its light remind us of the potential power we can wield when we unite our energies in pursuit of connection and healing.”

Two years ago while at Shambhala, I had a vision of myself spinning inside of a glowing, pulsating, interlocking double tetrahedron and I immediately knew that I not only had to bring this vision to life - but I felt that it needed to be shared with as many people as it could reach. From concept to realization the project took 9 months of steady work, and has since had opportunities to shine at The Vancouver Aquarium, Bass Coast Festival, Lumière Festival, and Whistler Olympic Plaza. 24 months later and after contributions from more than a dozen sets of hands, it completed its orbit back home to it’s original birth place - as living proof that even the biggest of dreams can be manifested into reality if enough people are inspired to believe in it. In the end it was never about accomplishing a goal - it was always about the journey, the community that’s been built with the growth of @elektriccollective, and the person I’ve become along the way.

Testing the tech! This was hours before the concert, so I was rushing around! Charging batteries, sewing the lining inside out for fun, losing my mind about said lining, redoing it an hour before show, and then heading to the venue!

I'm editing my long video together on this on how I made it, but I'm so glad everything worked out, and who better to stress test the @nlitentech than Mr. Infant Insufficient Currency himself @bbnomula

🚀✨ #ThrowbackThursday to our otherworldly experience at the TED Conference 2025 in Vancouver! ✨🚀

At TED Conference 2025, we brought a little interstellar mischief to the heart of the event, from curious aliens to stargazing astronauts, and an entire galaxy of cosmic characters who wandered, delighted, and surprised. 👽🛸🌌

TED is where ideas shape the future, and we loved adding a touch of the surreal to spark imagination between talks. Huge thanks to the @ted team and the brilliant minds who joined us on this cosmic ride.
