We have been getting this question a lot and wanted to make sure we let everyone know! Keep asking questions and we will provide the answers to the best of our ability 🫂🫶🏽 by @nlpvolleyball
We wrapped 2025 up with our first Faces of NLP Volleyball where we invited middle and high school athletes who have stood out to us in NLP camps, clinics, and lessons with their determination, heart, and love for volleyball, truly embodied our core values: precision, power, and progress to represent NLPVB in 2026. Smiles and sweaty high fives all throughout camp. Proud of all these athletes and we can’t wait to see what the new year brings. Keep bringing the heat and being Next Level Performers everywhere you go 🫰🏽 by @nlpvolleyball

Not every season of life or sport will be easy, but every challenge is an opportunity to learn, grow, & reflect. As we head into November, challenge yourself to reflect on what you’re thankful for while continuing to push through adversity. Gratitude keeps us grounded. Resilience keeps us growing. @beyondthekinetics | @nlpvolleyball | #mindsetmondays by @nlpvolleyball

You can never do too much ball control!! Love this wall warm up series and hope yall add it to your pre practice warm ups or when you’re at home! Equipment: You, a Volleyball, a Wall 🤌🏽 1. Pass on your right side (outside your midline) 2. Pass midline 3. Pass on your left side (outside your midline) 4. Sets to the wall 5. Downball To Dig continuous 6. Downball, Dig, Set continuous You to each session for time. I usually do a minute or 30 seconds for each. Everytime the ball drops or they catch the ball, it’s a burpee at the end of each session!
