🤍”Time moves forward relentlessly, never pausing for anyone, and as it flows, we oten let life slip through out fingers. Many times, this happens because we allow fear to hold us back —fear of taking risks, fear of facing pain or failure.

In our relentless pursuit of avoiding discomfort, we become overcautions, paralyzed by apprehension, and in the process, squander precious moments. We trade the opportunity for growth and fulfillment for a fragile sense of security, all too often at the cost of meaningful experiences that could have shaped our lives in extraordinary ways.” 🤍

🤍The stoic philosophers remind us that true transformation doesn’t happen from the outside in, but from the inside out.

Don’t expect everything to get easier - but prepare your mind to be stronger and more resilient. 🤍
