Today I completed my second EVER 5K... the 🍦 Ice Cream 5K! 🏃‍♀️☀️

Definitely not my fastest race because ya girl wasn’t feeling 100% 🤧, but I still showed up and crossed that finish line. And honestly? I’m SO proud of that. 🏃‍♀️💖

It’s crazy thinking about how far I’ve come. I’m doing things today that the old me would’ve never imagined. Showing up, pushing through, and proving to myself that I can do hard things feels so good. 💪✨

Huge shoutout to my trainer for always believing in me, pushing me, encouraging me, and literally coming back for me when ya girl was moving a little too slow. 😂🙌 Your support means more than you know.

I’m also so grateful for this amazing community and all the new friendships this journey continues to bring into my life. Healthy girl era. New runner era. 🏃‍♀️☀️🍦 Stronger mindset, sunny miles, and one finish line at a time.

✨ Happy Gymiversary to me! ✨

One year ago today, I made one of the best decisions of my life—I joined Crunch Plantation. 💙💪 A huge thank you to Miller and Clarke for giving me that constant push. I haven’t regretted this decision for a single day.
What started as joining a gym turned into finding a family. From the incredible trainers, staff, and managers to the amazing workout community, I’ve been surrounded by nothing but love, support, encouragement, and friendships that I’ll always be grateful for. I’ve never stayed at a gym for a full year before, and that says everything about the community Crunch has built. Like Miguel, my trainer (and bestie!), always says: when you sign up for personal training, you’re signing up for all the trainers because they truly make you feel like family. This past year has changed my life. I’m down almost 70 pounds 🎉, but even more importantly, my confidence, self-esteem, health, and strength have grown in ways I never imagined. I’m so thankful to God, my girlfriends, and every single person I’ve met at Crunch. Thank you for believing in me, pushing me, and helping me become the strongest version of myself. I couldn’t have done it without my Crunch family. Here’s to many more years together! 🫶🏽💙

Transformation Thursday ✨💜
Looking at these two photos reminds me just how far I’ve come. The journey hasn’t been easy, and it definitely hasn’t been perfect. There have been days full of motivation and days when simply showing up was the biggest victory. But through every challenge, I’ve kept moving forward. 💪✨ This transformation is about so much more than a before-and-after picture. It’s about the choices I’ve made, the habits I’ve built, the confidence I’ve gained, and the promise I made to myself to keep going. Every healthy choice, every setback I pushed through, and every small victory has brought me to this moment. 🌱❤️ I’m proud of the person in both of these pictures. The person on the left started the journey, and the person on the right is proof that consistency, patience, and determination can create change. I’m still working toward my goals, but today I’m taking a moment to celebrate the progress I’ve made. 🙌 Here’s to continuing to choose myself, trusting the process, and remembering that transformation happens one step, one choice, and one day at a time. ✨💜

Another year in 3rd grade loading… 🍎✨
I’m getting ready for another amazing school year with my sweet third graders, and I’ve put together a classroom wishlist to help us start strong and stay inspired all year long!

My wishlist includes classroom supplies, learning resources, snacks for growing minds, and a few little extras to help make our classroom feel welcoming, fun, and set up for success 💛📚✏️

It truly takes a village, and I’m so grateful for the constant love, support, and encouragement from mine. I couldn’t do what I do without it, and I appreciate every bit of it more than words can say 🤍
