YOU THOUGHT WE WERE DONE?!? THINK AGAIN 🍀💚😋🪖💚🍀😋💚 MEET YOUR NEXT COUNSELOR PAIR: ADDISON AND SERGIO! 🤑🌴🪖🍀

Addison is a professional geology major from Bikoxi, MS 💚📍She will be a sophomore this year and it’s her first year on staff! Addison loves NMC because, “it gave me a place where I truly felt I belonged at Mississippi State. It made the whole idea of attending college at an SEC school feel a lot less overwhelming. By the time camp ended I left knowing I had people in my corner, especially my camp counselors who made a huge difference in helping me feel at home. Not one time at camp did I feel like a stranger or an outcast. I was seen, included and welcome from the start and that made it so meaningful to me” (GET HER A HAT AND A BOWL SHES COOKING WITH THIS ONE) 🤑🤑🤑. Her fun fact is that she saw Ella Langley in Starkville and then Tate McRae in Houston within 24 hours 💚🪖🌴🍀🍀

Sergio is a Senior from Tupelo, MS majoring in international business/ supply chain logistics. This is Sergio’s third year on staff and we are excited to have him leading our newest members!! He loves NMC because, “it has given me some of my very best friends, people I truly can’t imagine my life without” (life without Sergio isn’t life tbh 💚😗). Sergio’s fun fact is that Chicken Salad Chick commented on his TikTok post …. 🌴🌴🐸🐢🍀🍀🌴

WE CANT GET ENOUGH OF OUR NEXT CADET P STUFF BADDIES : JOJO AND CHARLOTTE 💚🪖🍀🟢🪀🦚

Charlotte is a geology major from Hernando, MS!!! 🗿🤑🪴 She is a junior and it’s her first year on NMC staff!!!! Charlotte loves NMC because, “at first I loved it because as a freshman it helped me adjust to campus. But since making friends as a campers and now serving as a staffer, I love it because it’s family. Every. Single. Person. Here. Cares. Not only do they care they passionately care. They care about you, they care about what they are doing, and they care about this campus. This compassion from every individual on staff makes this organization and this campus home” (making us all tear up on a random Thursday…. But seriously you can tell why she brings so much light to this group). Her fun fact is that she is seeing Dominic Fike live in August!!! 🎸🍀💚🍀🍀

Jojo is an industrial engineering major from Pittsburg, TX!! He is a junior and it’s his second year on staff!!!! He loves NMC because, “Nmc is like one big family. Without NMC, I would not have gotten near as comfortable or involved on campus. It really is a blessing that I have been able to be apart of this incredible organization!” (To know jojo is to know one of the smiliest, kindest people on earth 💚). His fun fact is that he broke his arm in 8th grade on a hoverboard (at least it didn’t blow up on him 🤑).

EVERYONE BETTER BE JUMPING FOR OUR NEXT CADET COUNSELOR DUO: HARRISON AND YASH 🌳🤑🌳🤑🌳🤑

Our gorgtastic Harrison is a junior from Decatur, AL🧃📍 and it’s her second year on staff!!! Harrison majors in wildlife vet- med/ animal science (Dr. Wiley is her preferred name of course🩺) She loves NMC because, “NMC has brought some of my best friends into my life. This organization makes me feel like I can really be myself and has helped me grow so much as a person. NMC played a huge part in making MSU feel like home” 👏💚 Harrison’s fun fact is that she loves scuba diving 🤿🛶

Yash is a sophomore majoring in mechanical engineering ( I feel smart just typing that so y’all can imagine how smart he is) 🤓. Yash is from Greenwood, MS and it’s his first year on staff!!! He loves NMC because, “it pushes us to grow as leaders and step outside our comfort zones. It’s where we build real connections and leave stronger than we came (sounds like a love island quote but we love him nonetheless 🤦🏽‍♀️🌴). His fun fact is that he speaks three languages!!!

Amelia is a Vocal Music Ed major from Germantown, TN 📍Our sweet Amelia is a junior and it’s her first year on staff 🥇🍀 She loves NMC because, “NMC is like one big happy family, the best community I could ask for!” And her fun fact is that she plays the violin 🎻💚(talk about a talented queen 🤑🪖)

Chris is a Pre-Dental Biochemistry Major from Olive Branch, MS 🫒 🌳. It’s his first year on staff as well and he will be a sophomore in the fall!!! Christ loves NMC because, “the environment that gets created, and being able to grow not only with the campers but with my fellow staff and exec!” (Golden buzzer answer 👏👏). Chris’s fun fact is that he won the talent show (representing his baddie cadets of course) at camp last year!! 🍀🧃🍀🧃

YALL GET FIRED UP FOR OUR FIRST P- STAFF DUO 🥁🍀🌵🐉 AMIYAH MCCALL AND CONNER STUART 🦖🦖🧑‍🎤

🍀🌵🦖Amiyah is a Junior political science major from Atlanta Georgia!! This is her second year on staff and she loves Nmc because “the friends I’ve made and continue to make along the way. NMC is a sweet community, and I adore it. My love for MSU grows every day simply because of this camp” 🥹🥹. Amiyah’s fun fact is that she lovessss coffee, even drinking two cups a day (no wonder she brings so much wonderful energy to the team!!)

🐉🦖🧑‍🎤 Conner is a sophomore from Westfield, Indiana whose major is undeclared. This is his first year as a p-staff cadet and he loves Nmc because “ it’s given me a place and a family at MSU. I’ve met so many amazing people who are so passionate for what they do. It’s also given me an opportunity to be able to give back to MSU and help the incoming freshman the way I was once helped” (cue the tears).
