POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

To Our New Mexico Community:
.
The past three years have been an incredible journey and we wanted to share this moment with you as we take a big step.
.
This March (2022), we will be moving away from Santa Fe to pursue new opportunities that have opened for us in Baton Rouge, LA.
.
One of these opportunities is the founding and
creation of our new company:
v a g a b o n d a n c e
.
v a g a b o n d a n c e has been granted a year-long incubation residency with the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge to develop new material, community programming, and events.
.
Our desire as v a g a b o n d a n c e is to share our passion for the art of dance whenever and wherever we are. Whether that be Baton Rouge, Santa Fe, or in short-term residencies across the globe, we feel the need to pursue our vision of dance becoming a purposeful art form within society. We love our community here in NM so dearly and are determined to not only keep, but also further develop our connections here. So, rest assured, we will be back sooner than later.
.
For now, if you’d like to stay in touch with our new adventure: follow us on @vagabond.dance and check out our new website (link in bio)
.
We are infinitely grateful for you all and will cherish our time here always!
.
With love, Scarlett & Erik by @nmdanceproject

Mark your calendars! We have our show ANNA next month @sitesantafe 🤍
.
ANNA is an original work by Scarlett Wynne, inspired by the aesthetics of Helen Pashgian: Presences exhibition. ANNA explores one story told from different perspectives and the intersection of those viewpoints through time, space, and interaction.
.
Presented at SITE Santa Fe, Wynne paints a vivid picture of our humanity through intricate partnering work and powerful imagery. All performances will be followed with a brief talkback featuring Wynne, accompanying artists, and guests.
.
December 3rd and 4th @ 7:30pm. Ticket info up soon.
