At our 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 ‘𝗢𝗻’ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝘁 Yacht Soirée, seasoned leaders and next-gen talent came together against the Toronto skyline for an afternoon of real conversations, shared stories, guidance and genuine human connection.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗲, 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 💫

Connections form. Doors open. People feel seen, supported and inspired to move closer to what’s next.

That’s the community we’re building at @nminspires A pay-it-forward culture where those who have found their footing reach back and help someone else find theirs.

A few weeks later, I’m still carrying the feeling of this day with me 💛

Our first 𝗡𝗠𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 was more than a milestone. For me, it was a deeply personal achievement.

An idea I had held close for a really long time became a room full of 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝘃𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

On a Sunday morning, an incredible group chose to give us something precious. An entire day of their time.

We explored 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱. We shared stories. We challenged ourselves to 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗶𝗻𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿. We stepped outside for a beautiful walk in the sunshine and ended with a deeply grounding sound bath, bringing our 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆.

But what I remember most wasn’t the agenda. It was the 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺.

People left warm and fuzzy, yes. But also 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿.

More confident. More connected. More hopeful. More seen. More empowered.

𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱.

And perhaps that is what NMInspires is really about. Creating spaces where people can rediscover what is already within them and feel supported enough to rise into it.

None of this would have been possible without 𝗺𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺, who believed in the vision and poured so much heart into bringing it to life. And to 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝘀 with their Sunday, their stories and their openness, thank you. You made this day what it became.

This pilot taught me so much. It affirmed even more.

And now, we’re ready for 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲.

𝗕𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. More rooms filled with the right people, reminding one another that none of us has to navigate our journey alone.

This was only the beginning.
