My dear Flore team,

well, those five months went by so fast.
I still remember vividly my first day in the kitchen, meeting everyone for the first time (especially being tricked in believing melvin was portuguese).
Little did I know the next months were to be so full of push, learning, fun but overall friendship.
You guys made it so easy. And I had the best time because of all of you. The breakfasts together in the morning, the beers after service, the laughter during the day, the push during service and above all the reliance and strong solidarity of the team.
Thank you for welcoming me into this family for a few months, I will forever cherish the memories I have with each and every single one of you.
Having the opportunity to meet such inspiring people, all different personalities but all special in their own way, was a blessing for which I am very grateful.

I will miss you so much, but I know we will see each other again! (very soon)🤍
Lots of love, Noémi
