POSTS STORIES REELS

Our lead actress @katarinakokenyova and @thomaspollockdirector spoke with @belfasttelegraph about making Rozkvet and the subject matter that inspired it.

This is what making this film has been about from the beginning. Telling the story of the Roma holocaust and the discrimination they still face today. We sincerely hope that doing so can contribute in some small way to ending the injustices they face.

The full interview is available in today's edition of Sunday Life or online at @belfasttelegraph

Another interview from @closeupculture with our lead actress @katarinakokenyova leading up to our @belfastfilmfestival premiere🌹

"When Romani people are represented in the media, it is often through negative or stereotypical portrayals, rather than as real, complex human beings with their own histories, experiences, and struggles.

With this film, we wanted to shine a light on what Romani people went through in the past while also acknowledging that many continue to face discrimination and hardship today. My hope is that, through this story, audiences can gain a deeper understanding of our history and begin to see Romani people beyond the stereotypes, with empathy, compassion, and humanity, rather than fear and prejudice."

Emily’s gone to Camel Creek 🐰🎭. If you’re wondering where NN5’s Emily Jessica has disappeared to… she’s currently causing a little bit of chaos at Camel Creek Family Theme Park!

Emily has joined the live entertainment team, spending her summer performing, entertaining families and sharing the stage with some rather famous furry colleagues.

And this one suits her.

With her background in acting, dance, movement and immersive performance, Emily is right at home in a job that demands bags of energy, audience interaction and the ability to think on your feet.

One minute she’s commanding the stage.

The next she’s working alongside Bing!

Showbusiness. 😂

But beneath all the fun, this is exactly what young performers need: professional experience, live audiences, multiple performances and the chance to sharpen their craft by actually doing the job.

We love seeing our clients out there working, and judging by the pictures, Emily isn’t having a terrible time either.

Go on, Emily! 💛
