SILENCE IS PUNISHMENT WITHOUT EVIDENCE.
Silent treatment or silence is something we all experience at some point in our lives. Yet we rarely talk about it. The fear of being seen as vulnerable, emotionally weak, or “stupid” for not reading people or their intentions often outweighs the courage to admit that we were hurt, treated unfairly, or even emotionally abused.
But our vulnerability, our ability to love without expectations, and our grace in accepting people as they are, these are our superpowers. They make us human. And yes, feeling emotionally wrecked, cheated, or hurt is also part of being human.
What matters is learning to recognize patterns and understand the nuances behind them so we can grow. I recently came across a reel by @vishlogy on silence that deeply resonated with my own thoughts, and it inspired me to share this.
Free yourself from the fear of being judged for simply being human. At the same time, empower yourself to set boundaries and stand up for who you are.

Spending some time with one of them was a ritual when I use to come back from cycling in the morning (Bangalore Days). This particular morning was special, since instead of one puppy that I use to interact with, he brought all of his friends to shower collective love on me !! taken in Koramangala by @nnirrmal
