An in-camera double exposure from Tinos Island .I wanted to capture the wild textures and the reeds around Kolymbithra beach by blending two exposures directly in the camera body.

The person in this photograph no longer exists. And indeed, I have changed. A profound loss reshaped me forever. It divided my life into a before and an after. It is strange how some people expect me to remain the same, as if time and pain leave me untouched. They ask me to fit back into an old mold of myself, simply because that is how they knew me and how it comforts them. But life does not work that way. I could not walk through fire and come out unchanged. There was a time I believed I wouldn’t make it through, but I endured. I survived things that used to terrify me, and that has made me appreciate the beautiful moments even more. Today, I move forward with my head held high, with more light, a genuine smile, and an incredible new appetite for life. The best is yet to come!

There is a special kind of magic in planning your frame and watching a double exposure come to life right on the camera screen. Just the RAW file, the Olympus E-M10, and the perfect moment. No AI, no Photoshop—just the pure joy of photography.

( n ) like @nnoumis Captured, not generated – μια αυθεντική ματιά μέσα από τον φακό, χωρίς τεχνητή νοημοσύνη.
