Dr. Ford-Gilboe also led the creation of the iHEAL App, a bilingual, evidence-based tool supporting women, supporters, and service providers. Available nationwide, its impact has been praised by many, including Dr. Benjamin Roebuck, Federal Ombudsperson for Victims of Crime.
