When I started talking about my disability and neurodivergent masking 2 years ago, I wasn’t sure if it was the right call. After all, disclosing a central part of your identity so publicly is not something you can take back, age of the internet and all. Thankfully, to this day, I have only been met with care and safety from anyone who would like to listen. I visited our dearest Frankie last night. He has been confined for some time now, bravely fighting kidney disease, FIV, pancreatitis, and gingivostomatitis. From a healthy, happy cat, Frankie now only weighs 1.9 kg. You can clearly feel his skin hanging over his bones. He was so, so happy to see me. We are holding on to hope that Frankie pulls through, and that when he does, the right person finds him. A patient, loving adopter would be the greatest Christmas gift for all of us who have been walking this journey with him. Tonight, as with every night, my heart is with the sick, the abandoned, the hungry, the scared, the homeless, and the unloved cats out there. May the universe find a way to carry our love to them. Through a warm meal, a gentle touch, or, if we are lucky, a warm and loving home. Merry Christmas. 🐾 by @noa__lim

Honoring the International Day of Persons with Disabilities 🫂🧠🦾👩🏼‍🎤⚡️👨🏽‍🦽🩵⚖️ Last month, I spoke about neurodivergence and invisible disability at @OneYoungWorld Munich. As a neurodivergent and disabled Asian feminist from the Philippines 🇵🇭, I shared why care must be treated as a political practice that moves us past tokenism and toward systems that center lived experience, redistribute power, and make space for Global South voices shaping their own futures. How can we remove tokenism from inclusion? 💡Our Ambassador Noa Limpoco shared five tips to build inclusive workplaces that have real impact on communities and businesses.
