These last few months were… heavy, to say the least. My mental health was challenged in ways I’ve never experienced before.

Thinking you know what your life looks like, just to have the rug ripped out from under you, is indescribable. I’ve seen so many people go through it, but actually living it is something else.

Isolated is the best word I can use. Isolated from the world, from myself, and not even feeling at home in my own body. Looking in the mirror and not recognizing who I was. Your world stops, but everything around you just keeps going. Definitely the darkest time I’ve ever gone through.

But enough with all the sappy shit😂

I’m just grateful to be here today. Showing up for myself in the best ways I can. Reminding myself that no one has a handbook for this, and we’re all just figuring it out together.

To everyone who checked in, showed up, sat with me, loved me, and reminded me that I’m that b!tch… THANK YOU. Truly.

Taking it day by day, minute by minute… but never throwing in the towel.

So much love to my people. I hope you’re all taking care of yourselves and being gentle on yourself. This life will kick the shit out of us, but baby we come back swinging🥊

As a kid, I didn’t fully appreciate the things that matter most—friends, family, time, memories.

But as I’ve grown, those things have become my motivators. I never really felt like any place was home, but when I’m with my people, that’s when I am home.

I’m such a proud son, uncle, brother, and friend. Watching the people I love thrive and grow is everything to me.
