this post is for the people. After five unforgettable months, my time in Brasil is coming to an end, and this post is simply to say thank you For me travel has never been about the places you visit. It’s about the people you meet, the friendships you build, and the memories you create together. Thank you to everyone who became part of this chapter of my life. Twenty pictures could never capture everyone who made these months so special, but if our paths crossed, please know that you left a mark on me. Before I arrived I had never even heard of Floripa. I came here alone, not knowing anyone or speaking the language, with no idea what to expect. But it didn’t take long until this place started to feel like home. I was welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and openness that this Country quickly became a place I never wanted to leave. These past five months changed me in so many ways. I learned a new language, experienced an incredible culture, lived on my own for the first time, and grew far beyond my comfort zone. In a few days, I’ll continue traveling to discover more of this beautiful world. But leaving Brasil feels different. It’s hard to explain, and I think only those who have spent a longer time here will truly understand this feeling. And for those who don’t, I genuinely hope you get to experience this at one point in your life. I’m leaving with a full heart, unforgettable memories, lifelong friendships, and lessons that will stay with me forever. Thank you for everything. Obrigado por tudo. The last 8 days at home reminded me of something important. Being away for the first time for so long made me appreciate my family, friends, and my amazing clients even more.
