@central_formaggi 🙂presents MOLITERNO al tartufo. Seasonally produced on the island of Sardinia from December-July , this locally-sourced sheep’s milk cheese is studded with intense veins of truffle ….. wow !! Before packaging it is formed in traditional wood baskets and stored on wooden planks, as well as washed once a week. So unique and delicious. They have some other yummy-flavored cheeses as well that are marvelous to look at! 🤓 #cheesedreams #cheesefacts #cheese #curdnerd #fromage #italy #italiancheese #truffledcheese #traditional #sardinia #importedstuff #foodphotography #cheesegrotto #cheesegram # taken in Sardinia,Island,Italy by @noah.schmitt

@pointreyescheese presents POINT REYES FARMSTEAD BLUE: a raw milk blue cheese from Marin County, CA. This cheese is fruity, slightly sweet, crumbly when cold. This cheese is one of my favorites, coming from a one-of-a-kind place. @jasperhillfarm presents SCREAM CHEESE!!!!(?!)
Rich, fudge heavy texture with a fat grass flavor. Similar to their cheese Sherry Gray but this is smaller and colored with annatto. Each wheel is only 4 ounces … these are very cute little cheeses. #cheesefacts #cheesetravel #cheeseoftheday #cheesedreams #cheesejourneys #cheesedreams #cheesemongerlife #cheesegarden #cheesegram #instacheese #vermont #localbusiness #smallbusiness #cooperative #yummy #cowcheese #vermontcheese#smallscalefarming #terroir #annatto #localfood #foodphotography #foodphotography #foodart #foodstylist #foodstyling #cheesemaker #cheesestagram taken in Greensboro, Vermont by @noah.schmitt

German blue cheese: CAMBOZOLA ! Invented and produced (still ) by Hofmeister-Champignon. This cows milk cheese is a hybrid of blue and white (e.g. brie-like) molds and tastes like a little of both ! Mellow blue flavor slightly nutty . Honestly this bad boy is nice , creamy, not too salty, spreads like butter. #cheese #cheesemongerlife #fromagerie #fromager #fromage #queso #quesario #queserías #masqueso #food #cheesegram #importedcheese #cheesegram #yum @cambozola_official taken in Easthampton, Massachusetts by @noah.schmitt

Jarlesberg: a Swiss cheese made in Norway, and sometimes Ohio!! This is a cheese that Americans eat so much of, consumer demand outstripped the legal import limit and the company which makes it forged a contract with domestic cheese makers. Slightly sweet, slightly squeaky texture and so amazing melted. #cheese #swisscheese #norway #imported #cheesemongerlife #cowsmilk #holycheese #cheesus #foodphotography #cheesegram #cooperative #yum #queso #fromagerie #fromaggio #kaas taken in Easthampton, Massachusetts by @noah.schmitt
