Sometimes an injury opens the door to a completely different way of thinking about performance. ⚾️

In this clip from my conversation with @noah3franco, one of the top prospects in college baseball, Noah shares how he first discovered NeuFit after spraining his ankle.

He went to a local NeuFit provider for rehab (@circadiansrq), liked what he experienced, and eventually decided he wanted a NEUBIE of his own.

But that’s only where the story begins.

As Noah has continued using NeuFit, the focus has evolved from recovering from an injury to optimizing how his body moves and performs.

We’ve worked on things like thoracic rotation, scapular stability, muscle activation, and other movement qualities that matter when you’re trying to perform at an elite level as both a pitcher and hitter.

Even when Rehab may be the entry point, performance can be the destination.

Noah Franco came to NeuFit HQ in Austin with a few goals: better scap movement, thoracic mobility, and improved hip and shoulder separation.

He left feeling like a different athlete.

As a pitcher and hitter at TCU, Noah's body is his livelihood. One afternoon with the Neubie and Garrett, and he was already feeling the difference before he walked out the door.
