Our club was represented at the Zone Institute in New Orleans, Louisiana, where Club President Noah Fox participated in the Emerging Rotary Leaders (ERL) program.

Two highlights that made the experience especially impactful: Rotary’s progress toward the finish line of polio eradication and the organization’s vision for the future of membership and Rotaract.

“Whatever Rotary may mean to us, to the world it will be known by the results it achieves.” -Paul Harris, Founder of Rotary

Rotary has been working to eradicate polio for more than 45 years. in 2025, there were 52 reported cases of wild poliovirus. So far in 2026, there have been 22 cases: 3 in Pakistan and 19 in Afghanistan. The finish line is closer than ever before.

The Zone institute also highlighted Rotary International’s goal of reaching 1.2 million members and 125,000 Retractors by 2030, which will mark Rotary International’s 125th anniversary.

Noah said, “It was an energizing and impactful experience to participate in the ERL Program. There were panel discussions with senior leaders of Rotary International, and so much of their messaging focused on Rotaract, smoothing the ramp between Interact, Rotaract, and Rotary, and potentially creating space for Rotaract voices in high-level leadership discussions with the RI Board of Directors. So much progress has been made in the last few years, and it’s exciting to see where we’re headed.” taken in New Orleans, Louisiana by @noahchristianfox

A HUGE thank you to the Oregon Northwood Rotary Club for having us at their Let’s Build Beds event this morning.

This is how clubs Create Lasting Impact. By focusing on collaboration over competition, several Rotarians and Kiwanis members came together to build beds for children and had fun doing it. taken in Oregon Senior Center by @noahchristianfox

Service is at the heart of everything we do at Toledo Rotaract, and today was a powerful reminder of why.

A special thank you to the incredible team at God’s Instruments Outreach Center and Food Pantry for the opportunity to serve alongside them and give back to our community. Open on the first and third Saturday of each month, God’s Instruments provides families with essential food, hygiene products, and other necessities. Today, they served 173 families.

Their impact on our community is incredible. Their thoughtfully organized shopping experience allows individuals and families to select the items they need, including chicken or fish, mixed vegetables, pasta dinners, bread, hygiene products, and other essentials. Our members had the opportunity to walk alongside community members as they shopped, help carry groceries to their cars, and most importantly, connect with the people we are fortunate enough to serve.

We are grateful that Toledo Rotaract has the opportunity to participate in service opportunities like this. As we work to put service at the heart of everything we do this year, we are focused not just on serving for a day, but on creating lasting impact in our community.

Rotary’s value of Service Above Self is a powerful reminder that meaningful change starts when we choose to show up, serve others, and keep coming back.

Thank you, God’s Instruments, for all that you do for our community and for allowing us to be a small part of your incredible work. taken in Eastwood Theater by @noahchristianfox

Meet Our Team! Noah Fox, President

Since taking office on July 1, Noah has already made a meaningful impact with a clear vision for the future of the Rotaract Club of Toledo. As the second-youngest Rotary president in the state of Ohio and the leader of the only Rotaract club in District 6600, Noah has developed our first-ever strategic plan, creating a roadmap that will guide our club through the 2026-2027 Rotary year and beyond.

Guided by this year’s presidential theme, “Create Lasting
Impact,” Noah’s leadership focuses on building a stronger, more sustainable club through operational excellence, leadership development, membership growth, meaningful community partnerships, and a signature grant-funded service project that will leave a lasting mark on our community.

Noah is deeply committed to leadership development. He attended the Rotary All Ohio President-Elect Training Seminar and will soon travel to New Orleans to participate in the Zone Leadership Institute after being selected as a Rotary Emerging Leader Scholarship recipient, an incredible honor that recognizes his potential as a future Rotary leader.

By day, Noah proudly serves the public through his role at the Toledo Municipal Court - Judges Division. By night, he lives Rotary’s motto of Service Above Self, dedicating his time to strengthening our club and advancing causes close to his heart. Noah is especially passionate about supporting addiction recovery and believes service organizations can play an important role in building healthier, more connected communities.

Through thoughtful leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to empowering others, Noah has laid the foundation for a presidency that will leave our club more organized, more impactful, and more connected than ever before.

Please join us in recognizing and celebrating our Club President, Noah Fox! taken in Toledo, Ohio by @noahchristianfox

The first slide is how I look at my brothers; I admire all they have accomplished and who they have become. They are two of the most thoughtful, loving, intelligent, and HILARIOUS men I know. I’m proud to stand by you this weekend as we celebrate our achievements together! Three degrees earned this weekend. I love sharing life with you Josh and Eric. taken in Athens, Ohio by @noahchristianfox
