The welcome home GOOD GUYS round up event and Lake Powell GG7 leadership retreat was a success!! 🎯

Met a lot of new faces and made new friends that i’m super pumped for!! i love it here, the culture and vibes is very very different than anything in life i’ve ever experienced.

The buzz of everybody was unreal!! the lake powell trip was very transformative and life changing. We did some Navy Seals breath work for about an hour under the stars and it lifted something off of my shoulders!! I feel REBORN I feel ELECTRIC! I’m all in for everybody around me

Our welcome home event was so cool it felt like a family reunion rather than something corporate. It felt right.

It wasn’t flashy at all, it didn’t make you go awww but what we had different was we made everybody feel it in the HEART, in the SOUL and we had a meaning behind EVERY interaction.

Mmmmm and the food was so good a glizzzzy and some home made cookies n milk never hurt nobody !!!

This was my first time receiving an actual award on stage and man it felt good! the goosebumps and the smile that immediately wouldn’t leave my face, I received my first time piece. very very special Santos De Cartier. Super cool experience i wanted to share with you guys!!! Very thankful

i’m excited to see so many of my boys on stage next year. it’s going to be freaking epic

THIS IS A MASTERCLASS

Noah walked up to his first decision maker of the day and closed the deal without a single hiccup. If you’re trying to get better on the doors, save this one.

He starts by giving the door plenty of space, no crowding, no pressure. Casual “howdy,” introduces himself, then builds instant rapport by mentioning he’s already working with the neighbors and naming off the exact bugs they’ve been dealing with. That’s not small talk, that’s digging for pain points before the door even opens all the way.

He gives a real reason for stopping by, a last minute reschedule and frames the visit as a chance to bundle him in with the neighbors for a better deal. He gets the name, shakes his hand and keeps asking questions to confirm the pain points instead of assuming them.

Before pricing ever comes up, he sets the tone with “I’ll throw you a bone,” so the discount feels personal, not automatic. He explains the price, drops in the neighbor discount and backs it all with a warranty, removing any risk from saying yes.

Then he assumes the sale. Not “do you want this,” but “do you want inside or just outside.” He follows it with a direct, no pressure check, “is this something you’d pull the trigger on.”

When the wife objection comes up, he doesn’t push back. He creates space for John to go talk to her while he does a full assessment of the property, finds even more problems to solve and comes back with an even better deal to “help out a local guy.” That’s not just a discount, that’s a reason to say yes right now.

He gets the okay and closes it out clean.

Year 3 in the books. A reflection. Goals were crushed. GOD DID

Some Wins…
- Produced 350k in personal sales✅
- Led my squad to $3 Million in revenue $1 Million in my personal branch✅
- 6X my earnings from last year alongside some of my best friends ✅
- Opened up my own personal branch in FL with my buddies creating passive income that will pay us forever…. Shout out @the_millertime1320 , @ayden_parent ✅ 🤝🏾

This year by far was my absolute favorite summer and year of my life. I learned more about myself, my faith, business, leadership, friendship, discipline and what i’m actually capable of than I ever have before. The grind was absolutely insane, but somehow the hardest days honestly became some of my favorite days and memories.
From the late nights to early mornings, the curveballs left and right, the wins, the losses, the mental battles and everything in between I wouldn’t trade any of it.
I genuinely couldn’t be more thankful for every person who played a part in this year. The people who believed in me, challenged me, pushed me, taught me, held me accountable, and worked beside me, celebrated the wins and stuck with me through the rainy days too. Never took any of it for granted.

Shoutout the rooks, my brothers Duke, Rigs, Jap for making this year so much fun and unforgettable. I am so proud of my squad and overly thankful for the technicians. Thank you all for trusting in me to lead the ship from the front !!

Life changing. The knowledge, the friendships, the experience I gained and the opportunities that stem from this job is unexplainable to someone who’s never done it. Mark, Yogi, Mitch are the 🐐’s . The leadership group at Enviroguard is incredible!!
