I was Shocked! Someone has been watching my YouTube Channel and recognized me.

I was recently at Blue Hill at Stone Barns for a Farm Tour and to enjoy the Cafeteria Lunch Tray, a showcase of the ingredients of the farm at a 1/10th of the cost of the full tasting menu. It's been a while since eating the Tasting Menu or helped choose dishes for my friend's wedding.

What really makes a difference in a Michelin Starred restaurant is the little details and how they recall diners from the past. When I made this reservation, I did not mention that I review food, but before this encounter. I was walking around and the manager found me to introduce himself and asked how my channel was doing. I was very surprised. He introduced me to the chef and we chatted.

I really love trying to out do a popular tasting menu! Boro Brine has a great tasting menu only for $98, but my family came to order and eat! Visit Noah Eats on YouTube to find out if we did a good job ordering from the Restaurant Week Menu and added a few extra for an extraordinary meal. What item did I not include in these pics below. The Flour Stand is a new home bakery specializing with delicious baked goods like this Awesome Sour Dough Bread. You have to buy the cookies, loaf cakes, brownie, and jams. You should preorder as they have sold out and the Stand has very limited hours at their 32 Constable Dr, Riverhead, NY 11901

Same kitchen. Same chef. Three completely different price tags — and one of them got called "hospital food" on Reddit.
I went to Blue Hill at Stone Barns to find out if the $48 cafeteria tray holds up against the $398 tasting menu it's sitting next to on the menu board. Farm-grown, three-day sprouted grains, and a Reddit thread that thinks it's a joke.
